Star 7 International Inc. is an immigration consulting firm whose primary goal is to assist skilled workers, business persons and professionals to immigrate to Canada and settle in the province of Manitoba. Our firm was established in 1996 by Adele Dyck and it is headquartered in Winkler, Manitoba.
Adele Dyck, Founder/President
Adele Dyck is a licensed immigration consultant and a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. Adele began her career as a consultant in 1996 with a proposal to the provincial and federal governments for the fast-tracking of 50 immigrant families to the Winkler area. The Winkler Project, as it was called, was a success and became the pilot project for the establishment of the evolving Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Since then, her firm has assisted countless families with their immigration to Manitoba and other western provinces.
