Star 7 International Inc. has established the following general procedures regarding an initial consultation and the engagement of our services.
Please contact us to request a comprehensive Information Package. This will be sent to you at no cost.
When you provide us with the completed questionnaire and requested documents we will evaluate this information according to provincial and federal immigration program requirements and according to our experience.
We will review the criteria of age, education and training, work experience, English language skills, settlement funds and adaptability. Good English skills, substantiated with IELTS or CELPIP test results, are an absolute requirement.
Upon our determination that your application has a legitimate chance to succeed, if you choose to have us act as your immigration representative and, once the Retainer Agreement is signed, we will prepare and submit the appropriate immigration applications on your behalf.
Please Note: Star 7 International Inc. cannot guarantee a successful immigration application. The final determination regarding the success of your immigration application rests with the provincial and federal immigration authorities. The decision to nominate a candidate for immigration is made by the province. The decision to issue a Permanent Resident visa is made by the responsible Canadian Embassy abroad, following a security check and medical examination.
If your application is refused and you can provide new, pertinent information, we will, where possible, prepare a revised application and resubmit it to the province at no extra cost.
